SiMPly Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in some insurance programs. We also accept auto accident insurance and claims. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Insurance
Due to insurance companies dropping their reimbursement rates from insurance companies we have elected to cancel the majority of our contracts with insurance providers. We do still accept Medicare, Humana (medicare replacement), Select Health (medicare replacement and share plans only), DMBA, and auto insurance claims.
No Insurance/Time of Service Discount (cash prices)
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. We offer time of service discounts for cash/card paying patients. We also offer discounts for military veterans, students, senior citizens and first responders. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
Family Plans
We do also offer family plans to allow you to bring everyone in together and get a break. We know the stresses and financial burdens of choosing to raise a family as we have 4 children of our own. We offer a family plan for that time that you can bring your whole family in and not break the bank. Please reach out to our office and ask us about the family plan as it varies based on the number in the family.
